These are vintage 1980s Flings boots. They are bright red and have corset lacing up the back. They have pointed toe and have a very small block heel. They hit just below the knee. There is a scuff on the toe of the right boot. They are made in Brazil and are labeled screamer which I assume is the style. They were made in the 1980s. They are really well made boots.
