We have confirmed with various aquatic plants that fish like medaka, goldfish, and numae shrimp are attracted to this plant. Numae shrimp even cling to it and nibble.

As these are grown in our own aquarium, there may be some dirt, dead leaves, or shell fragments attached. We will clean them as much as possible, select the best condition ones, and ship them in a thick plastic bag with a small amount of water to minimize damage to the plants.

● How to Grow and Propagate
Growing and propagating Amazon Frogbit is very easy! First, it is not particular about water quality. The water temperature is around 20-28°C, but even in winter, they reproduced outdoors with good sunlight. Low light is also fine. (Of course, they grow and multiply faster with more light and longer daylight hours.) They can be cultivated sufficiently with sunlight or LED lights.

● Features
They prefer sunny locations and may develop black spots.
They can be used in biotope environments and serve as hiding places for fish that swim on the surface and fry.
While many floating plants often don't grow well in aquariums due to insufficient light, this species can be cultivated sufficiently even with fluorescent lighting.
They grow by extending leaves radially in a circular shape, and under high temperatures and high light conditions in summer, they extend runners to produce offspring and multiply vigorously.
When in good condition, the leaves develop tiger-like patterns. They are not very particular about water quality and can adapt to a wide range of conditions from slightly acidic to slightly alkaline, making them an easy-to-introduce floating plant.
