On sweaty nights, use the cool side for a smooth feel. On days with strong air conditioning or when you're concerned about the morning and evening chill, switch to the towel side.
You can easily change the texture and perceived temperature to suit the weather and your physical condition.

The duration of coolness varies depending on room temperature, humidity, airflow, and perspiration. For even greater comfort, use it with a gentle fan breeze or mild air conditioning.
