Description
The Happy Cooker cookbook features a bright yellow spiral binding a charming, colorful illustrated cover. Enjoy flavors of South Central Texas from the 1981 right in your own kitchen. Tex Mex, cultural & community recipes from local residents. I always prefer a community compiled cookbook over mass produced cookbooks by people who have never been to a region claiming to know the food. Some outside stains and a few dogearred pages; other than that, this book is pristine. Very good vintage condition. 120 pages.
