Holly Hobbie's Book About Time 1978 Vintage Children's Book Classic Illustration

Holly Hobbie's Book About Time (1978) is a rhyming, illustrated journey through a child's day, moving hour by hour from morning wake‑up to bedtime. Each page pairs a short verse with Holly Hobbie's classic soft watercolor illustrations and a small clock showing the time. The book's tone is gentle and whimsical—very much in line with Hobbie's nostalgic Americana style. It introduces young readers to the concept of time by showing what children might be doing at each hour, such as playing outdoors, flying a kite, or winding down for the evening. The pages are in perfect condition. There is some wear on the corners of the hard cover. There is some writing on the inside cover along with a library check out card.
