New with tags, including easy to remove red retailer clip (to prevent wearing and returning). PLEASE NOTE: Overall the dress is in excellent condition. There are, however a few missing metal accent pieces. I have noted them with pictures. Super hard to tell. Slight discoloration of bar beads in a few places. Also hard to tell unless really looking for it. Price reflective of flaws.
