Ministry of Rascals Monster Truck Kids Halloween Costume with Lights and Sounds!

Description
Excellent shape! Makes a revving of an engine sound and the eyes light up! The Velcro on the straps seemed a little weak to hold a running 5 year old I secured them with a safety pin. Worked great! It’s a cute Monster Truck for Halloween! Or a parade… or a party… or just to play in! Clean home!
